Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper Needed

We are looking for a qualified individual with working knowledge of Quicken, Microsoft Access, QuickBooks, Outlook and Timeslips. Person will be responsible for reconciling several trust accounts, including firm account and client trust accounts. The job requires drafting checks (via Create a Check) for items and bills approved for clients and bills approved for the firm. Staff person will be responsible for documenting all deposits for all accounts, and working with other professionals including but not limited to accountant and financial manager. The job includes acting as immediate contact for Timeslips (billing software), Health Insurance, 401K, and Advantage Payroll (payroll company)and acting as primary billing assistant.
