A brave parent
of a 13 year old autistic boy from Floyd Middle School in
Cobb County, Georgia has came forward. This child was thrown
into a concrete isolation room after being handcuffed, dog
tied, abused, injured in a horrific manner. His neck is badly
bruised and injured, he suffered an embolism in an area that's
unspeakable. He has lash marks across him. The Isolation room
has a narrow window, locking door, padded walls urine stains,
no ventilation, and is made of concrete and the pads are thin.
The alleged culprits are the school staff. Ironically, this
incident happened the day before Rep George Miller, the head
of the Congressional committee which to planned to present
national bill HR2747, prohibiting restraints on disabled children.
Advocate Michael
Robinson, who is aiding the parents in this matter is outraged.
Mr Robinson said, "I rally behind the efforts of Senator
Miller and his proposed legislation although I believe it's
a shell that will need to be amended with some strong and
heavy additions. I believe we now have their attention, now
it's time to force the leader of our nation into speaking,
or forever be silent. He must take a stance! There has to
be a point of breaking in which we must say ENOUGH and this
must stop. That time has come and past, brave parents have
stepped up and led rallies and had state and federal legislators
take note and actually write legislation. The mother of all
that legislation must give birth to something new, something
so stringent that this will never take place again without
serious consequences. I have the pictures. They are alarming
and the fact CPS, the DA, nor the police will investigate.
The F.B.I. has been notified and has responded. We shall seek
justice and will shall be heard."

A brave parent
of a 13 yr. old Autistic child from Floyd Middle School in
Cobb County, Georgia has came forward and will be along with
me on Theresa Edwards show on Friday. I have authorization
to release Pictures of this child thrown into a concrete isolation
room after being handcuffed, dog tied, abused, injured in
a manner unspeakable, The Isolation room has a narrow window,
locking door, padded walls urine stains, no ventilation, and
is made of concrete..pads are thin. I have pictures of the
child that will be released to national media throughout the
following day. His neck is badly bruised and injured, he suffered
an embolism in an area that's unspeakable, he has lash marks
across him. ALL of this done AFTER our HOUSE Investigates
? Parents have called out, I applaud all parents and advocates
in their efforts, but we still are seeing this ? Our current
attempts to get our House and Senate to react even after the
GAO Investigations leads me to state their efforts prove to
be nothing but insufficient. We can no longer ask our congress
to take a stand and make a statement that will FOREVER change
the future of children like this boy. It's now time to address
our sitting President. A Man that asked all Americans to dig
for just 5 dollars, to stand and endure long lines in sweltering
weather. To back him and promote him to the White House so
he can carry out the highest Job in this Nation. One in which
he has and has made history doing so.
He asked us to
grab his hand and pull him into his seat. He must step up
out of that seat and and address this matter himself. Address
the nation, and address congress himself backing the efforts
of so many, and let the nation know exactly what children
in special ed have endured. He must make a statement that
this shall not happen any longer. He must insure every parent
of this by conducting an investigation that would involve
the inspection of every school in America. This is the ONLY
way to wipe this out. I applaud the efforts of all I have
seen work so hard, mothers that have turned into some of the
strongest voices across America. Being heard from Florida
to Alaska to Maine. Being backed at this time from Hawai'i,
literally 10 miles from the Presidents hometown and the school
in which he attended so widely spoken about.
President Obama
must know that those that did indeed give him his current
seat are now asking him to speak for us. To speak for the
children. To answer the silent cries of so many Americans.
It has become an epidemic of violence towards children that
are already fighting a fight to fit in, to talk even in some
cases. We can talk. Our President can talk. Our current congress
is not listening to us. Our President must speak on this.
Pressure for him to do so must start now in an organized manner.
This isn't something that we can slowly move into although
I rally behind the Dignity participants, I rally behind the
efforts of Sen. Miller and his proposed legislation although
I believe it's a shell that will need to be amended with some
strong and heavy additions. I believe we now have their attention,
now it's time to force the leader of our nation into speaking,
or forever be silent. He must take a stance. There has to
be a point of breaking in which we must say ENOUGH and this
must stop. That time has came and past, brave parents have
stepped up and led rally's and had state and fed legislators
take note and actually write legislation. The mother of all
that legislation must give birth to something new, something
so stringent that this will never take place again without
serious consequence. I have the pictures.. they are alarming
and the fact CPS, the DA, nor the police will investigate
is as well. The F.B.I. has been notified and has responded.
We shall seek justice and shall be heard.
